Vipasana is a gentle-yet-thorough  of meditation. It is an observation based, self-explanatory journey that focuses on deep inter connection between the mind and body, which is realized through discipline attention to the physical sensations.

Vipassana mediation is the practice of observing the subtle sensations throughout the body without reacting to them. You start the body with noting the sensations arise and simply watching them.

Our college encourages students to go on 10-day course and also conduct training programs to initiate interested students to take the advantages of the ancient meditation technique.
